Schleck's Position

Why did he have such a poor position? Isn't he fit by professionals? He seemed very high with wide elbows conpared to others? Any thoughts?

could he have used longer cranks then drop his saddle to suit? i think he still would have used the optimum range of motion in his legs then, also lowering his overall position????

It would be interesting to hear what Dr. Ferrari has to say, although I suspect he won't say much since Andy is not his client. Andy must have had some sort of guidance to help him with his position on the bike. It may be possible that this position favoured generating more power with more drag resulting in a slower time than Alberto in the final TT. The cost of the increased drag was too high against a rival like Alberto.
